The Justice Department is going after Apple in an antitrust lawsuit alleging the tech giant is trying to create a monopoly on the market for high-end smartphones. Mr. Bork lists a litany of problems with the lawsuit, including concerns the Biden administration is looking to increase government control over Americans’ lives while scoring political points—on top of the fact that the department is narrowing the scope of the smartphone market to include only high-performance smartphones in order to make their case.
