Big Tech Helps CCP-Linked Companies Invalidate American Patents: Randy Landreneau

Representatives heard testimony from experts that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) steals up to $600 billion of U.S. intellectual property every year. That’s about $6,000 for every family. Randy Landreneau, the president of U.S. Inventor Inc., tells NTD that Big Tech has played a role in China’s undermining of U.S. intellectual property protections. Landreneau says Big Tech has played a role in making an unjust administrative court. In that court, he says, about 84 percent of patents are invalidated and CCP-linked companies use that court legally to invalidate patents and steal American technology.
