Moving to the real estate sector, investment giant BlackRock is reportedly looking to sell its office towers in Shanghai.

To speed up the sale, the New York-based asset manager is offering a 30-percent discount as office rents in the biggest Chinese city have dropped close to a decade low—reflecting the sluggish property market in China’s economy.

A spokesperson for BlackRock declined to comment.
