U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken went up to bat for the Biden administration on matters of foreign policy Wednesday. He defended a $63 billion State Department budget request for fiscal year 2024. Blinken says it will strengthen U.S. efforts to out-compete the Chinese Communist Party.
