Secretary of State Antony Blinken is visiting Eastern European countries in response to the war between Russia and Ukraine. On Saturday, he also talked to China’s top diplomat. Blinken is expecting China to condemn Russia, as Beijing often speaks about the “sanctity” of sovereignty.
