Rescue attempts are underway after a theatre was bombed in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol. Hundreds of civilians, including children, were taking shelter in the basement. Local officials say they don’t know yet how many have survived. And U.K. Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said that there’s strong evidence that “war crimes have been committed and that Vladimir Putin is behind them.” Russia has denied attacking the theatre.
