UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who’ll be replaced by either Rishi Sunak or Liz Truss next week, has refused to rule out a political comeback. He spoke as he hailed the expansion of gigabit-speed broadband. In his 2019 manifesto, he pledged to bring the significantly faster broadband to all households and businesses in the UK by 2025.
