Breakthrough Made in Ukraine Grain Export

Four-side talks coordinated by Turkey have made a breakthrough. Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the United Nations are expected to sign a deal next week to resume Ukraine’s grain exports through Black Sea ports. An analyst says Russia is not interested in making any concessions and the global food crisis may strengthen Moscow’s position.
