British Defence Secretary: Russia Is Not Getting Its Way

Residents of the eastern Ukrainian city of Sumy are leaving in the first evacuation through a humanitarian corridor. Meanwhile, Kyiv accuses Moscow of shelling the corridor used to flee the besieged city of Mariupol. British Defence Secretary Ben Wallace says Russian President Vladimir Putin is not getting his way as forces have not made many advances while suffering heavy casualties.
