British pop stars make song for London fire victims

Producer Simon Cowell brought together pop singers to record a song for London fire victims.

A group of well-known pop artists are in the studio to make a cover version of “Bridge Over Troubled Water.” A 300-person choir will also appear on the track.

“Bridge Over Troubled Water” is the multiple Grammy Award winning 1970 hit by Simon and Garfunkel. Proceeds from the song will go toward the Grenfell Tower fire victims now without homes. It will also go to those who lost their families in the fire.
