Even people of royalty face the everyday struggles of life and seek the best ways to cope with all kinds of painful circumstances.

The British royal family wants people to start speaking openly about their mental struggles, so they started by speaking about their own.

Among other things discussed, Prince Harry talked about a very public hardship he faced. “I always thought to myself, you know, what’s the point in bringing up the past? What’s the point in bringing up something that’s only going to make you sad? It ain’t going to change it, it ain’t going to bring her back and when you start like that it can be really damaging. I mean you always said to me, you said you know you’ve got to sit down, think about those memories. But for me it was like, don’t want to think about it.”

The boys spoke about the death of Princess Diana. They still haven’t fully recovered from the death of their mother even after 20 years. The talk is part of their campaign, Heads Together.
