California Cafe Fights to Stay Open

Aloha Coffee and Cafe in Monterey, California, has been closed since Jan. 7, when the owner Richard Dunnuck received a restraining order.

In December, Dunnuck lost his health permit after the Monterey County judge ruled that he repeatedly failed to comply with the regional stay-at-home and face coverings orders, thus posing a health risk to his staff and the public.
