California Plans to Keep Last Nuclear Plant Open

Despite a push for green energy, California’s governor proposed a plan to keep the state’s nuclear reactor open. He said it’s in order to facilitate the transition to clean energy. But shutting the plant down altogether has met with bipartisan opposition.
