California is implementing new water conservation mandates. People would be prohibited from using drinking water to clean surfaces or driveways and watering their lawns within 48 hours of rain.
Beverly Hills is joining the effort to recall the district attorney. The city council voted on a resolution during Tuesday’s council meeting.
