Canada’s flooded regions face a long road to recovery

Flooding has finally slowed in Quebec, Canada.

Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard said water levels have peaked but that they may not go back to normal until the month’s end.

In many communities people’s homes are still partially submerged. Streets have become rivers.
