Canada’s Minister of National Defence Anita Anand, and Minister of Innovation, Science, and Industry François-Philippe Champagne, will discuss Canada’s plan to innovate in national security, defense, and space, in the face of global threats and strategic competition at 9:30 a.m. ET on Feb. 10 in an armchair discussion held by Wilson Center Canada Institute.
Christopher Sands, director of Canada Institute, Wilson Center, will moderate the talk.
They will also touch on the importance of Canada–U.S. industrial policy cooperation, including in critical minerals, semiconductors, and supply chains.
