In Canada, the standoff between truckers and politicians over vaccine mandates is capturing the world’s attention. We talk to Benjamin Dichter, a main coordinator of Freedom Convoy 2022.
Dichter says he’s overwhelmed by the support the truckers are getting and that he’s never seen unity among Canadians like this before. On the flip side, he calls legacy media reports “fake news” and “hate coverage” and accuses them of “regurgitating” the same messages as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
And on the American side of the border, truckers are organizing to support their Canadian colleagues, and then heading to Washington, D.C. Joining the conversation is Denby Melisha Morgan, who’s behind the Convoy to Save America.
