Dan McMillan is the founder and executive director of a nonpartisan organization dedicated to campaign finance reform, called Save Democracy in America. He joined NTD to discuss a new report by The Epoch Times that says that aside from campaign funds, President Joe Biden is also getting a boost from Democratic outside groups, many of which obscure where the funds come from. These groups are outspending Republicans $800 million to $160 million, according to the report.
