The blind canine is Glenn, a medium-sized Jack Russell Terrier and his buddy and trusted guide is a large Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Buzz.
According to ABC News, Glenn and Buzz were found abandoned and wandering together in a sea tunnel in Hartlepool, United Kingdom by Stray Aid, a non-profit that rescues abandoned dogs.
Both of them were 10 years old then and were likely abandoned because of their age and because of Glenn’s condition.
“They are inseparable,” Hannah Critchlow, told ABC. “They instantly had a bond when they came in, so we kept them together. Whenever they’re separated they start crying and barking for each other.”

The rescuers received almost 20 calls from interested adopters immediately after they put an appeal on the website.
“Some dogs are here months and months and not one person looks at them or has interest, so there’s an unusual amount of interest in them,” Critchlow said. “Everyone is in love with them, and they’re both just so friendly, lovable and very chill.”
Stray Aid that describes itself as ‘A Stray Dog’s best friend’ took care of Glenn and Buzz till they found them the best new family.

“The dogs have been re-homed in another part of the UK and although we’re sorry to see them go, we’re delighted to have found them such a loving and supportive new home,” Stray Aid mentioned on its website.
