But staying at home requires a level of financial stability that many young adults lack. Young women are increasingly active in the workforce, and choosing not to work can have significant financial implications.
Jennifer Mulholland is an author, a strategist, an executive coach, and the co-owner of Plenty Consulting. She spoke with NTD, and explained more about why so many young women are opting out of a career and embracing traditional gender roles.
