One thing is for sure – rarely do things go smoothly when overly relying on modern technology; hence several accidents on escalators in shopping malls involve strollers.
As this video shows, things can easily get dicy on escalators. In this shopping mall a parent was holding onto the child’s stroller in front, yet within seconds the stroller glides down the escalator away from the terrified parent! Thankfully there were people ahead who helped.
Thank goodness no one was injured, though we imagined nerves were rather frayed…
