Cartels Changing Human Smuggling Tactics, Increased Violence at Border: Retired HSI Special Agent

A National Guardsman reportedly died by suicide at Texas’s border with Mexico on Tuesday. Retired ICE special agent Victor Avila told NTD that Mexican cartels have been changing their human-smuggling tactics, and it’s leading to increased violence in Eagle Pass and El Paso, Texas.
