The Chester County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney’s office and state police offer updates on the manhunt for escaped prisoner Danelo Cavalcante during a joint press conference on Thursday afternoon.
State police say they have a perimeter where they believe the escaped prisoner is located and are following up on reports from people who claim to have seen him.
