The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has encouraged medical tourism for organs, with much of its sources coming from prisoners of conscience, said Morris Tan, dean of Liberty University and former ambassador-at-large for Global Criminal Justice.
“This is not something where they’re just taking organs from people who have already died,” said Mr. Tan, “this is by virtue of murdering live people who are considered otherwise undesirable [by the state].”
