Indonesia is sometimes referred to as Spice Island. Its food is often colorful with many layers of flavor. NTD caught up with an Indonesian bazaar in San Francisco celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) heritage month as well as the 75th anniversary of U.S.–Indonesian relations.
