Decorating the house, opening stockings, gorging on festive foods and lazing around doing nothing at all—these are a few of our celebrities’ favorite things to do during the holiday season.

A number of stars were asked about their favorite festive traditions and just like the rest of us, they are looking forward to some seasonal fun.

Christmas presents—getting them and giving them—topped the list for many stars.

“When Santa visits, that’s the best part about it because I’m a big kid so I just live through my kids,” shared Dwayne Johnson, the former wrestler once known as The Rock.

“My family have got a few traditions, one of which is opening all the stockings all together in my parents’ room in the morning, which is just adorable and will probably continue until I’m 60,” said “Game of Thrones” star Emilia Clarke.

Drinking and getting drunk also featured high on the list. As did eating.

“Getting drunk at Christmas time, that’s my favorite. Just letting loose, you know, just relaxing,” said British-Malaysian actor Henry Golding.

“I make a mulled wine on Christmas Eve. A massive big pot of it and we all drink it until we get silly drunk. And then obviously when we start wrapping presents it’s like a nightmare, but that is, that is the tradition,” added actress Florence Pugh.

“Down south, we have like, you know, these foods that we have to eat on those days for health and wealth and all that stuff. Some people call it superstitious but I just call it good food, you know?” said “Black Panther” actor Chadwick Boseman.

“My favorite festive tradition is really just eating a lot of carbohydrates,” said actor Andrew Scott, best known for playing the hot priest in “Fleabag”.

Many celebrities said they were looking forward to spending time with the family.

“Waking up and being with my family. Super lucky,” said “Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown.

“I guess, since I bounce around, during the holidays it’s nice to be home and try to give as many family members together as possible and or friends,” said actor Willem Dafoe.
