Migrants who illegally cross the channel in small boats to the U.K. will be flown to Rwanda to process their asylum claims. Boris Johnson announced the plans, which he says would break the smugglers’ business model and deter people from making the crossing. He also said that asylum seekers will no longer be housed in hotels but in Greek-style accommodation centers.
