Ingredients:
●Chicken tender, 1 lb ●Hot pepper flakes, 5 tbsp ●Korean hot pepper paste (gochujang), 1 1/2 cup ●Ketchup, 3/4 cup ●Garlic, 1 1/2 tbsp ●Ginger, 1 1/2 tbsp ●Cooking oil, 1 tbsp ●Black pepper, 2 tsp ●Sea salt, 2 tsp ●Honey, 1/2 cup ●Penne pasta, 200 g cooked |
Directions1.Cut chicken tender into 1 inch cubes
2.Combine all marinate ingredients and mix well with chicken for 20 minutes.
3.Simmer with lid on for 10 minutes.
4.Add in cooked penne.
5.Cover the top with mozzarella cheese. Preheat oven to 400 F and bake for 15 minutes.
6.Garnish with scallion. |
