Got a craving for Chick-fil-A?

Chick-fil-A has just announced that they are starting to deliver from more than 1,100 locations around the United States. Even better, Chick-fil-A is giving away free chicken to celebrate.

The new delivery service is a partnership with DoorDash, an online food delivery service founded in 2012. As long as you live within a ten-minute radius of a participating Chick-fil-A, you can use the DoorDash app to order.

Up to 200,000 chicken sandwiches are available to give away for free if you use the promo code CFADELIVERY. The offer is good through to Tuesday, Nov. 20.

Founded in Hapeville, Georgia, the restaurant has always closed on Sundays. This is a decision made by its founder, Samuel Truett Cathy, back in 1946 when he opened the very first restaurant. Having worked in 24/7 restaurants himself, he believed it was important for his employees to have the choice to rest or to worship on Sundays. According to Cathy, “We should be about more than just selling chicken. We should be a part of our customers’ lives and the communities in which we serve.”
