Chicken Lettuce Wraps Main Ingredients:

Chicken breast 1/2 lb

Butter lettuce leaves

 

Chicken Lettuce Wraps Marinate:

Salt 1/4 tsp

Sugar 1/4 tsp

Corn starch 1 tsp

Soy sauce 1/2 tsp

Oil 1 tsp

 

Chicken Lettuce Wraps Other Ingredients:

Chinese potato 2 tbsp

Cilantro stems 1 tbsp

Celery 2 tbsp

Cilantro 1 tbsp

Carrot 2 tbsp

Shiitake mushroom 2 tbsp

Pine nuts 2 tbsp

 

Soy sauce 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1/4 tsp

Oyster sauce 1/2 tsp

Sesame oil 1/2 tsp

 

 

Chicken Lettuce Wraps Instructions:

 

  1. Dice chicken breast, Chinese potato, cilantro, celery, carrot, and shiitake mushroom.
  2. Marinate diced chicken breast with salt, sugar, corn starch, soy sauce, and oil for 15 minutes.
  3. Blanch pine nuts in oil.
  4. Stir fry marinated chicken, and then add in Chinese potato, cilantro, celery, carrot, and shiitake mushroom. Add soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and sesame oil and stir-fry until all ingredients are cooked.
  5. Serve in lettuce wraps with pine nuts, and garnish with shredded carrots.
