Chicken breast 1/2 lb
Butter lettuce leaves
Chicken Lettuce Wraps Marinate:
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Chicken Lettuce Wraps Other Ingredients:
Chinese potato 2 tbsp
Cilantro stems 1 tbsp
Celery 2 tbsp
Cilantro 1 tbsp
Carrot 2 tbsp
Shiitake mushroom 2 tbsp
Pine nuts 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Oyster sauce 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Chicken Lettuce Wraps Instructions:
- Dice chicken breast, Chinese potato, cilantro, celery, carrot, and shiitake mushroom.
- Marinate diced chicken breast with salt, sugar, corn starch, soy sauce, and oil for 15 minutes.
- Blanch pine nuts in oil.
- Stir fry marinated chicken, and then add in Chinese potato, cilantro, celery, carrot, and shiitake mushroom. Add soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and sesame oil and stir-fry until all ingredients are cooked.
- Serve in lettuce wraps with pine nuts, and garnish with shredded carrots.
