The Chinese military just became a little bit stronger—thanks to American taxpayers.
A new report by the consulting firm Horizon Advisory found Chinese firms received at least $192 million from U.S. PPP loans—and some of them have direct links to China’s military and military-civil fusion enterprises. An author of the report, Emily de La Bruyère, said the Chinese regime is adept at tapping into the United State’s resources.
