Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping has a plan to censor the internet on a global scale, according to leaked documents obtained by The Epoch Times.
The ambition seems to date back as early as 2016. In a speech to China’s top internet authorities, Xi said that controlling the internet had become the focus of China’s national strategy. The endgame is for Beijing to control all content on the global internet.
