China Blames Virus on Imported Ice Cream

Authorities in China are again shifting blame for the country’s escalating virus situation. This time, they say imported ice cream is responsible. Authorities from China’s Hebei Province say the virus has been found on certain frozen desserts they say is imported from Ukraine and New Zealand.

It’s widely accepted in the international community that the virus originated in Wuhan. A team from the World Health Organization has entered China to investigate the virus’s origins.
