China, Brazil Agree to Ditch US Dollar for Trade

As a new challenge to the dollar’s supremacy, China and Brazil are striking a deal to trade in their own currencies and ditch the U.S. dollar.

Brazil is one of the largest economies in South America, and China is Brazil’s largest trading partner, with two-way trade totaling over $150 billion.
