China Expands Nuclear Energy, the West Shies Away

As the West is aiming to phase out nuclear power, China is doing the opposite—the regime is expanding its nuclear energy.

In China’s northeastern Liaoning province, a newly-built nuclear power plant is launching operations. The plant is set to provide heating for locals. It’s the first nuclear power facility in the region. And the plant is also the largest electric energy investment in Northeast China.
