China Extorting US With Climate Deal: Anders Corr

According to Anders Corr, publisher of the Journal of Political Risk and founder of Corr Analytics, China is twisting America’s arm over a climate change deal. He says Beijing wants concessions from the United States regarding it’s Taiwan policy and human rights issues, but is unlikely to make any in return. Corr’s observations come after the recent visit of U.S. climate envoy John Kerry to Beijing on July 16. Kerry engaged in discussions with China’s climate diplomat and other officials there.
