China in Focus (April 27): Internal Documents Reveal Delay in CCP Virus Measures

Internal documents obtained by NTD reveal how provinces in China delayed implementing the highest level of emergency measures.

The situation is worsening in China’s northernmost province. Residents say hospitals are clearing out patients and starting to only treat infected ones.

A Chinese rights lawyer reunited with his wife and son for the first time since he went missing in August 2015.

NTD refers to the novel coronavirus, which causes the disease COVID-19, as the CCP virus because the Chinese Communist Party’s coverup and mismanagement allowed the virus to spread throughout China and create a global pandemic.
