The U.S. Coast Guard boarded two Chinese fishing boats near the Pacific island nation of Kiribati just days after reports revealed Chinese police working on the island—a close neighbor to the U.S. state of Hawaii.

American troops stationed in Taiwan are blocked from accessing a satellite network designed for its military. Lawmakers are urging CEO Elon Musk to open it up.

Another satellite agency catches a glimpse of a suspicious barrier. It’s floating in a disputed shoal, where Chinese coast guard vessels drove off foreign ships.
