A new bill is pushing back on Chinese purchases of U.S. farmland by slapping a heavy tax on certain buyers. This comes after Chinese investors spent over 6 billion dollars on American real estate, and China attempted to buy land near U.S. military bases. More states are now taking action to stop it.
