Tianjin city reported one confirmed CCP virus case over the weekend. Tianjin officials declared wartime status for that area. Citizens are blocked from gatherings. The local CDC refused to give out more information. Emergency virus testing has been conducted in three nearby provinces—Shandong, Shanxi, and Hebei.

The former chairman of China’s Hengfeng Bank, Jiang Xiyun, was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve.
