China: Small Town Suffers From Clean Energy Push

Residents in a small town in northern China are suffering from authorities’ push to cut coal consumption. Earlier, China pledged to burn less coal to reduce carbon emissions. But for a country that gets almost 60 percent of its power from coal, a quick switch to clean energy could prove challenging.
