With China’s communist regime spending billions of dollars to spread disinformation, the U.S. State Department published a report recently that describes how these efforts have expanded under Chinese leader, Xi Jinping. The efforts are broad, and James Rubin, special envoy at the State Department’s Global Engagement Center, says China is seeking information dominance in key regions of the world.
