China’s Consumer Prices Fell for First Time in More Than 2 Years

While the rest of the world is grappling with inflation, China is dealing with another concern: its falling prices.

As the country is struggling to get demand going again, it looks like it’s sliding into deflation.

China’s consumer prices fell in July for the first time in more than two years with the price of goods leaving the factory also in decline.
