China’s LinkDoc Suspends IPO Plan in US

Chinese medical data group LinkDoc has halted its plans to go public on U.S. stock markets, according to Reuters sources, and it has to do with Beijing’s clampdown on overseas listings by Chinese firms.

If the company’s initial public offering (IPO) was issued, it would raise $211 million from the public.
