The public health situation in China is currently “very worrisome,” according to former U.S. army microbiologist and professor of biomedical sciences Sean Lin. He describes how the pneumonia outbreak means that children’s hospitals across China are being swamped by desperate parents and children.
Mr. Lin discusses the reliability of Chinese and WHO narratives and reporting on the outbreak, and compares these to the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak.
