Chinese automaker BYD is planning to hand out more than $280 million to boost its sales.
The money will be paid out to Chinese dealerships as rewards for those that met their 2023 sales targets, according to Reuters citing dealers with knowledge of the matter.
The company sold a total of 3 million electric cars and plug-in hybrids in 2023.
