A Chinese telecom giant, China Unicom, is disputing America’s latest crackdown on its U.S. operations.
America’s top telecom regulator, the FCC, banned the company from providing services in the United States back in late January. This means the China telecom’s U.S.-based customers will need to find other service providers by April 4 this year.
