Chlorella Udon Noodles 4 ways

1. Chicken Chlorella Udon Stir Fry
Ingredients:
6 oz. Chlorella Udon Noodles
¼ lbs chicken breast, cut into 1 inch strips
½ red bell pepper,cut into thin strips lengthwise
½ green bell pepper, cut into thin strips lengthwise
½ small onion, cut into thin wedges
½ small carrot, cut into thin strips lengthwise
½ oz. bean sprouts

½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce

Directions:
1.Prepare noodle, boil at least 2 quarts of water in a medium pot, add Chlorella Udon Noodles, stir and make sure all noodles are immersed in boiling water for two minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet at medium heat, add olive oil and chicken. Stir fry until chicken pieces turn white, stir in garlic, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Add red and green bell pepper, onion, and carrot. Mix well, and add Chlorella Udon noodles and stir fry for a half minute. Add in bean sprouts and mix well.

2. Chlorella Udon Pad Thai
Ingredients:
6 oz. Chlorella Udon Noodles
3 Jumbo shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 tbs dried shrimp
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 ½ tbsp minced onion
½ tbs dried radish, minced
⅓ cup diced soy bean curd
1 egg
¼ cup bean sprout
¼ cup chopped peanuts

For sauce:
¼ cup tomato paste
2 tbsp fish sauce
¼ cup tamarindo
1 tbsp apple vinegar
2 tbsp chutney (Thai hot and sour sauce)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp paprika (Chili pepper powder)
1 tsp oyster sauce

Directions:
1.Prepare noodles, boil at least 2 quarts of water in a medium pot, add Chlorella Udon Noodles, stir and make sure all noodles are immersed in boiling water for two minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for sauce, and set aside.
3. In a large skillet at medium heat, add coconut oil. When the coconut oil melted, stir in ginger, onion, dried shrimp, and shrimp. Stir fry until shrimp turns pink, then stir in dried radish and bean curd. Push the mixture to one side, crack one egg into the other side of skillet and stir it. Drop in noodles on top of the egg. Add mixed sauce into skillet, simmer for a little bit, add bean sprout and peanuts. And mix well.

3. Chlorella Udon Noodle Pizza (Hawaiian Style)
Ingredients:
15 oz Chlorella Udon Noodles
2 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
½ up diced pineapple
1 oz ham(cut into pieces)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 300° F
2. Prepare noodle, boil at least 2 quarts of water in a medium pot, add Chlorella Udon Noodles, stir and make sure all noodles are immersed in boiling water for two minutes. Drain.
3. In an 8-10 inch pizza pan (non stick pan is preferable), evenly arrange cooked noodles in the pan
4. Top with tomato sauce, cheese, pineapple and ham
5. Bake at 300° F for 15-20 minute.

4. Creamy Chlorella Udon with Jumbo Shrimp
Ingredients:
6 oz Chlorella Udon Noodles
4 oz bacon, cut into small pieces
3 large shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp mashed garlic
¼ cup diced carrot
¼ cup diced potato
½ tbsp Brandy
1 cup heavy cream
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Directions:
1.Prepare noodles, boil at least 2 quarts of water in a medium pot, add Chlorella Udon Noodles, stir and make sure all noodles are immersed in boiling water for two minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet at medium heat, add bacon. Stir until the bacon is well cooked. Stir in garlic, onion, and shrimp. Stir till fry for a little while, add carrot and potato, then stir fry until shrimp turns pink. Add brandy and heavy cream, mix well, add salt and noodles, mix until noodles are coated with sauce. Add mozzarella cheese, stir for half a minute, and add black pepper to taste.
3. Enjoy.
