City of San Jose Honors a ‘Citizen-of-the-Year,’ Wishes for a Safer Community

A long-time San Jose resident received this year’s “citizen-of-the-year” award for volunteering and being a positive impact on the community. Local law enforcement also took a moment to thank locals for their help and support.
