Civil rights attorney Ben Crump will announce at 12:45 p.m. ET on Feb. 21 that he will file a notice of claim with intent to sue government agencies for the alleged assassination and fraudulent concealment of evidence regarding Malcolm X’s murder.
Malcolm X’s daughters and co-counsel Ray Hamlin will join him at the news conference.
